Designs
Our jewelry is hand made and no two pieces are
exactly alike. The finer metals we use are
sterling silver, goldfill, vermeil and 14k white
& yellow gold. The gemstones we work with are
both precious and semi-precious. Most are
natural gemstones while some are lab created.
Many pieces have variations which we believe
enhance the beauty and uniqueness. We hope you
will appreciate our attention to quality. Our
designs are delicate and should be treated
gently. A “care card” is inserted in every
order-please follow care advice closely to
enhance the life of your chosen designs.

Shipping
Information
All orders will be shipped within 10 business
days of placing your order unless you are
notified. Shipping & Handling charges include
all packing materials and delivery fees.
Postal Service
1 item $7.00, 2 items $10.00, 3 items or more
$12.00 or as quoted.
Exchanges
Delight is of the utmost importance! If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return with in 14 days of the original
invoice or receipt for exchange. Clients are
responsible for shipping costs. All custom
requested designs and sale prices are non-exchangable
and final.
Wholesale Orders
Contact us directly via email at

or live at 602.284.4189. Wholesale orders may be
placed at a minimum of $500.00. Resale Tax ID #
is required.
Repair
Items are warranted for 6 months of normal wear.
A fee will be applied if parts and stones are
missing. We regret if some stones are
irreplaceable. After the 6 month time period we
will gladly fix your designs for a small labor
and parts fee as quoted. We love that most
clients enjoy our pieces for many years! We feel
strongly about standing behind our art and
workmanship.
Custom Necklaces
We love creating custom pieces! Contact us with
your requests and we will design it together.
Custom pieces are priced based upon time and
materials required. Due to their uniqueness,
they are not returnable nor exchangeable.
