Changes or enhancements:
If you need a length change or have an enhancement, I will make changes free of charge for 30 days. After 30 days a slight charge will be assessed. Please contact me directly.

Repair:
Items are warrantied for 1 year of normal wear. A small fee may be applied if parts and stones are missing. I regret if some stones are irreplaceable.

Custom Necklaces:
I love creating custom pieces! Contact me with your requests and we will design it together. Custom pieces are priced based upon time and materials required. Due to their uniqueness, they are not returnable.

Item Delivery:
designs are usually shipped within 10 business days. Payments are accepted by MasterCard, Visa, Personal and Cashiers Check.

Shipping:
Jewel Ya™ ships only within the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Prices quoted with order.

Return Policy:
We are glad to accept returns for exchange within 30 business days. The item must be returned in original and unused condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Exchanges only please.

Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders can be placed by phoning 602.253.3948. Orders may take up to 4 weeks and require a 50% deposit at the time of the order. Merchant ID number is required. $500 minimum order requested.
