At Jewel Ya we aim for high client satisfaction and create every design with attention to detail and quality workmanship.  Our designs are timeless and with proper care they will be enjoyed for many years to come. Please store Sterling Silver, Vermeil and Goldfill jewelry in airtight containers or small baggies.  Air oxidizes all jewelry so proper storage truly extends the life and look of your designs. When jewelry needs to be cleaned please carefully polish Sterling with proper Sterling Cleaner or polishing cloths.  Goldfill may also be cleaned by jewelry cleaner.  Many stones can be damaged in the cleaning process so please carefully consider before using in any jewelry cleaning dips.  If you have a question on how to best clean, please contact us or set up an appointment and we will personally clean for you.  

Product Warranty:
We warrant our workmanship for 6 months and will always repair.  If you need a repair quote please contact our studio at info@jewelya.com.

Orders:
Orders will be shipped within 7 business days of placing your order unless you are notified.   We handmake our designs so extra time is sometimes needed.  Shipping is handled by the US Postal Service and we primarily use Priority Mail.  Shipping & Handeling charges include all packing materials and delivery fees.  

Shipping rates:
Purchases up to $100 ship for a flat rate of $5  
Shipping is complimentary for purchases over $100 (before tax)
Priority Mail is available for $8
Overnight shipping  is available for$28


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days.  Custom orders are not returnable or exchangable.  Un-worn, non-custom designs may be exchanged.   Clients are responsible for shipping costs.   If a design arrives damaged please inform within 5 business days of arrival.  Many times we can find a solution if you are not 100% delighted with your purchase.
